Tom has been with Ingleside Investors and its predecessors since 1966.

Tom served in various roles, including Director and Chief Financial Officer, with ACLI International Incorporated, a global commodities trading company owned by the Israel family. Following the acquisition of ACLI by Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1981, Tom held various positions at Ingleside Investors, assuming the role of Chairman and CEO in 1991.

Tom serves as a Director of Ingleside Investors and is on the Board of Citizens Committee for NYC. He was a Trustee of Phillips Academy (Andover) for 19 years and was on the Investment Committee for over 20 years. He currently is on the Board and Finance Committee of The Birches School (Lincoln, MA). He is an Associate of the Yale Child Study Center, a Trustee Emeritus of Riverdale Country School and a former Trustee of The Masters School. Tom has served on the boards of several public companies, including Peoples Drug Stores, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Culbro Corp., NOEL Group, Glenayre Technologies, and Asbury Automotive Group.

Tom graduated from Phillips Academy Andover and Yale University.

Barry has been with Ingleside Investors and its predecessors since 1971.

Barry served in various roles, including Director and Chief Administrative Officer, with ACLI International Incorporated, a global commodities trading company owned by the Israel family. Following the acquisition of ACLI by Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1981, Barry held various positions at Ingleside Investors, including President, and assumed the role of Vice Chairman in 2006.

Barry serves as a Director of Ingleside Investors and as a Trustee of Montefiore Hospital. He is a CPA and an attorney admitted in New York.

Barry received a BBA from the City College of New York and an LLB from Brooklyn Law School.

Greg has been with Ingleside Investors since 1998.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Greg worked for McKinsey & Company in its New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices, advising companies in the financial services industry.  Greg began his career in Marketing and Sales for IBM in Southern California.

Greg serves as a Director of Ingleside Investors, Energy Water Services, Gautier Steel, XPER, Street Diligence, Volantio, and the Josiah Macy Foundation (where he serves as the Investment Committee head), and is the Chair of Board of Trustees of the Rumsey Hall School.  He serves on the advisory boards of Appalachian Mineral Partners and Rockwood Equity Partners.  Greg is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Greg received a BS in Engineering from the University of California at San Diego, graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from the Wharton School, graduating with distinction.

Jim has been with Ingleside Investors since 1995.

Jim took a break from the firm in 1998 to teach math and coach the golf team at the Brunswick School, a private day school in Greenwich, CT, returning to Ingleside in 2006. Jim previously worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, an asset management firm based in New York and was a Credit Analyst at The FirstAmerican Bank of Georgia in Atlanta.

Jim serves as a Director of Ingleside Investors and Energy Water Services. He also serves on the Phillips Academy Andover Development Board.

Jim received a BA from Yale University in Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.

Jody has been with Ingleside Investors since 2002.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Jody was an Associate at Zephyr Management, a manager of global investment funds. At Zephyr, she helped launch and manage Zephry Internet Partners, the firm’s U.S. venture capital fund. Prior to Zephyr, Jody was an Equity Research Assistant at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, an asset management firm, and a teacher at Greenwich Country Day School.

Jody serves as a Director of Ingleside Investors.

Jody received a BA in Computer Science, an MAT in Secondary Math Education from Manhattanville College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ona has been with Ingleside Investors since 2015.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Ona was the Chief Operating Officer for Emerson Capital, a long/short hedge fund, the Director of Operations for CAIS, a hedge fund platform, a Controller for 3G Capital, a family office, and a fund accountant for Hartz Trading, another family office.  She started her career at State Street Global Advisors as a fund accountant.

Ona received a BA in Economics from Smith College.

Mayer has been with Ingleside Investors since 2014.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Mayer worked at North Peak Capital where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing public and private equity investments. Previously, he was a member of the investment team at Citi Private Equity where he focused on private equity co-investments and mezzanine debt investments. Mayer began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Salomon Smith Barney. 

Mayer serves as a board member or board observer for several Ingleside portfolio companies including Aligned Modern Health, Array Behavioral Care, Energy Water Services, Fibersphere Communications (now GigaMonster), Hissho Sushi and Mint House.

Mayer received a BA in Economics from York University, graduating summa cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
